This is the how we guarantee that products and services are delivered in accordance with specifications and agreements. Doing things right from the very start and delivering on time applies to everything we do within the company.

Executive management and production management are ultimately responsible for compliance with our quality assurance policy and are expected to support all initiatives to achieve our quality goals as well as to improve quality. In addition they are to:

1. Provide personnel with the correct information and training needed to do their work.
2. Promote good relationships between management and employees, among employees, and with the community around us.
3. Promote good cooperation with all of our suppliers as well as other external contacts to secure quality and delivery times.
